Blair (Kayley Gunner) is married to successful plastic surgeon Dr. Max Mayer (Mick Blue). They appear to have the perfect relationship with the best of everything. Blair is his muse, a showcase of his finest work. But beneath the surface, she has the nagging feeling that she's missing something and is unaware of her husband's receptionist Lila (Isa Bella).
